How to do a good job in the maintenance of winter processing centers?

  The weather is gradually becoming unbearable cold,however,it is not only people who are affected by the weather,but CNC machining centers can also undergo certain changes due to changes in temperature.Therefore,it is particularly important to do a good job in winter machine tool maintenance.Today,let me share with you some knowledge about winter machine tool maintenance.

  The CNC machining center should be placed in a constant temperature environment to avoid direct sunlight and the influence of thermal radiation,as well as the influence of humidity and airflow.

  Extreme low temperatures or instability will lead to a decrease in the lifespan of control system components and an increase in faults.

  In order to improve the accuracy of machining parts and reduce the deformation of the machine tool,if possible,the CNC machining center can be installed in a relatively enclosed factory with air conditioning equipment.

  The relative humidity of the working environment should be less than 75%.An increase in humidity and dust can cause bonding and short circuits on integrated circuit boards.Therefore,in rainy and snowy weather,special attention should be paid to the working environment and try to keep it dry.

  The CNC machining center should be installed in a place away from liquid splashes and to prevent factory leakage.Stay away from environments with excessive dust and corrosive gases,as well as equipment with high vibrations(such as punches)and equipment with electromagnetic interference.

  CNC machining centers have high precision and automation requirements,and have strict requirements for the viscosity,oxidation resistance(service life),and cleanliness of lubricating oil.

  To ensure the normal operation of the cutting oil pump,the machining center must undergo preheating.

  It is necessary to ensure the fluidity of the cutting oil in the machining center,in order to avoid condensation caused by low temperature in the machining center,and to prevent the cutting oil supply system from being unobstructed,resulting in delayed cooling and rapid wear.

  If workshop workers cannot ensure that the cutting oil does not condense in the environment after work,the solution is to clean the cutting oil and remove the cutting oil from the spindle and machine table to prevent equipment from clogging or cracking due to the condensation of the cutting oil.

  If the cutting oil has been cleaned out of the oil tank before,it is necessary to not forget to refill the oil tank with cutting oil and ensure that the machine runs at low speed.This can effectively ensure the normal cooling of the cutting oil.

  Doing a good job of cleaning is an effective way to prevent CNC machining centers from malfunctioning due to blockage.

  Workers need to clean up impurities in the cutting oil in a timely manner,which can effectively avoid blockage inside the spindle and prevent problems such as blocked cold circulation in CNC machine tools.

  Clean the chips in the machine tool in a timely manner to avoid clogging of the oil discharge system or travel obstacles caused by accumulation,which may even cause machine malfunctions.

  Operators should strictly abide by operating procedures and daily maintenance systems.When the machine tool malfunctions,the operator should pay attention to keeping the scene and truthfully explain the situation before and after the malfunction to our after-sales service,in order to analyze and diagnose the cause of the malfunction and promptly eliminate it.
